Exchange policy

If the size or the color is wrong, we offer free exchange service within the EU and standard exchange service for Norway and Switzerland. Please call our customer service team within 2 weeks of receiving your order and they will help you exchange your products.

Return policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns within the EU. For Norway and Switzerland, the cost of returns is NOK 160,- and CHF 30,-. If you live in a country within the EU, we have enclosed a pre-paid return label with your order. Remember to get a proof of postage at the post office. You can return your products within 30 calendar days after you have received them, provided that:

 

    • The products are un-used and unwashed. You are of course allowed to try the products on to see if they fit you – however, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume/aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the products.
 
    • The products are in essentially the same state and quantity in which you received them.

How to Return Products

If you wish to return your order and not exchange it, it is very easy. Just follow the steps below. If you need help to return the order, please do not hesitate to call our customer service.

 

For our customer within the EU we offer a premium free return service within 30 days after delivery. The return transit will be 2-3 days and when your return has been received and processed you will receive notification by email. Peak Performance will refund the full amount including the original shipping costs. The amount will be credited to your account within 5-6 days after the return has been picked up, depending on your type of credit card and bank.

Simply follow these 4 easy steps:

 

  • Pack the products you wish to return - ideally in the parcel originally provided. All products must be unused unwashed and returned in its original packaging.

 

  • Fill out the DHL or DPD waybill inclosed in your order.

 

  • Call your local DHL office to arrange a pick up.

 

    • Hand the parcel over to the courier and obtain receipt. The return can be tracked if you go to www.dhl.com and enter the barcode at the top of the waybill.

Norwegian and Swiss service - Customers not within the EU

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer our Norwegian or Swiss customers free return service as these 2 countries are not within EU. However, we have made it very easy for you to return your purchase.

You can either choose to use our Pick-up Service or arrange the return shipment yourself through any postal courier. Please notice that if you choose to arrange the returns yourself, you will be responsible for the full cost of returning the parcel and the products will be your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. If you choose to use our pick-up service, the responsibly is ours as soon as you have handed over the parcel to the courier. When we receive your parcel you will receive an e-mail, please then allow up to 20 working days for the refund to be credited to your account depending on your type of credit card and bank.

 

Use our Pick-up Service

 

Please follow these steps:

 

    • Call or write to our Customer Service. It will assist you in scheduling a convenient time and place for the pick-up of your return.

    • Fill out the Returns Form. The Returns Form is at the bottom of the Advice Note enclosed with your order. It is important that you enclose the Return Form with your returns as it tells us who the order belongs to and thus enables to refund you.Please use the address stated on the label / paperwork

    • Give the parcel with the enclosed returns form to the courier

            • Retain the receipt from the courier as proof of postage.

 

The shipping charges for using our Pick-up Return Service are as follows:

 

    • NOK 160 within Norway
    • CHF 30 within Switzerland

 

The shipping charges correspond to the return shipping costs and any export duty.

 

Arrange the return yourself

 

You also have the option to arrange the return shipment yourself through any postal courier. In this case you will be responsible for the full cost of returning the parcel and the products will be your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

 

Please make sure to fill out the Returns Form in the bottom of the Advice Note enclosed with your order and enclose the Return Form with your returns as it tells us who the order belongs to and thus enables us to refund you.

When will I get my refund?

After we receive and process your return, you will be issued with the appropriate refund.

We aim to process a refund within 3 days of receiving your parcel, and send you an e-mail to let you know we have received and processed it. 

 

The amount will be credited to your account within 5-6 days after the return has been picked up, depending on your type of credit card and bank. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. In the event that we are unable to refund your credit card we will contact you to arrange an alternative method of refunding your order.

Have you received my returned items?

As soon as our warehouse has processed your return, we will email you to let you know. The amount will be credited to your account within 5-6 days after the return has been picked up, depending on your type of credit card and bank. In the unlikely event that you don't receive an email within 20 days after your parcel has been collected, please get in touch with Customer Service, and we will investigate.
