Return policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 calendar days after you have received them, provided that:

  • The products are un-used and unwashed. You are of course allowed to try the products on to see if they fit you – however, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume/aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the products.
  • The products are in essentially the same state and quantity in which you received them.
  • Returned footwear, blazers and suits must include the original shoe box or suit bag in its original condition.

How to Return Products

It is very easy to return your products or part of your purchase.

For customers within the EU:

We offer you a free return service if you live within the EU. To return your purchase, follow these easy steps:

  • Call or write to our Customer Service. We will email you a prepaid, fully traceable postal label.
  • Fill out the Returns Form. The Returns Form is at the bottom of the Advice Note enclosed with your order. It is important that you enclose the Return Form with your returns in order to process your refund correctly.
  • Please pack the products together with all accessories in the parcel originally provided, if possible. Ensure that the products have been carefully packed into one parcel for dispatch by post.

  • Print out the prepaid label and attach it to your parcel. The label is prepaid you do not have to pay anything to return the parcel. Please use the address stated on the label.
  • Take the parcel to your nearest post office and obtain a proof of posting.

In case you are not able to print the prepaid return label, please contact our customer service and we will arrange a free pick-up. This means that our courier will come and pick up your return parcel on the most convenient address for you. Make sure to get a receipt from the courier as proof of postage.

 

Arrange the returns yourself

You also have the option to arrange a return shipment yourself through any postal courier within 30 days. In this case you will be responsible for the full cost of returning the parcel and the products will be your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

Please make sure to fill out the Returns Form in the bottom of the Advice Note enclosed with your order and enclose the Return Form with your returns in order to process your refund correctly.

For customers outside the EU

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer our customers outside the EU a free return service. However, we have made it very easy for you to return your purchase.

You can either choose to use our Pick-up Service or arrange the return shipment yourself through any postal courier. Please notice that if you choose to arrange the returns yourself, you will be responsible for the full cost of returning the parcel and the products will be your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. If you choose to use our pick-up service, the responsibly is ours as soon as you have handed over the parcel to the courier.

Use our Pick-up Service

Please follow these steps:

  • Call or write to our Customer Service. It will assist you in scheduling a convenient time and place for the pick-up of your return.
  • Fill out the Returns Form. The Returns Form is at the bottom of the Advice Note enclosed with your order. It is important that you enclose the Return Form with your returns as it tells us who the order belongs to and thus enables to refund you.Please use the address stated on the label / paperwork
  • Give the parcel with the enclosed returns form to the courier
  • Retain the receipt from the courier as proof of postage.

The shipping charges for using our Pick-up Return Service are as follows:

  • NOK 160 within Norway
  • CHF 30 within Switzerland

The shipping charges correspond to the return shipping costs and any export duty

We recommend requesting a receipt from the postal service as proof of postage

When will I get my refund?

After we receive and process your return, you will be issued with the appropriate refund. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the refund to be credited to your account.

We aim to process a refund within 3 days of receiving your parcel, and send you an e-mail to let you know we have received and processed it.

After you have received the e-mail, please allow up to 20 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you have. Unfortunately this delay is outside of our control. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. In the event that we are unable to refund your credit card we will contact you to arrange an alternative method of refunding your order.

Have you received my returned items?

As soon as our warehouse has processed your return, we will email you to let you know. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the refund to be credited to your account. In the unlikely event that you don't receive an email within 20 days after your parcel has been collected, please get in touch with Customer Service, and we will investigate.
