If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns within the EU. For Norway and Switzerland, the cost of returns is NOK 160,- and CHF 30,-. For our customer within the EU we offer a premium free return service within 30 days after delivery. The return transit will be 2-3 days and when your return has been received and processed you will receive notification by email. Peak Performance will refund the full amount including the original shipping costs. The amount will be credited to your account within 5-6 days after the return has been picked up, depending on your type of credit card and bank.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer our Norwegian or Swiss customers free return service as these 2 countries are not within EU. However, we have made it very easy for you to return your purchase.
You can either choose to use our Pick-up Service or arrange the return shipment yourself through any postal courier. Please notice that if you choose to arrange the returns yourself, you will be responsible for the full cost of returning the parcel and the products will be your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. If you choose to use our pick-up service, the responsibly is ours as soon as you have handed over the parcel to the courier. When we receive your parcel you will receive an e-mail, please then allow up to 20 working days for the refund to be credited to your account depending on your type of credit card and bank.

Please make sure to fill out the Returns Form in the bottom of the Advice Note enclosed with your order and enclose the Return Form with your returns as it tells us who the order belongs to and thus enables us to refund you.
